1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "myveltrio", "we", "us", "our" — refers to myveltrio, based at 12 Jalan Dungun, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• "You", "User", "Client" — refers to any individual or organisation accessing our website or engaging our services.
• "Services" — refers to myveltrio's AI consulting services, including Supply Chain Intelligence, AI-Assisted Content Creation, and Bias Audit for AI Systems.
• "Engagement" — refers to a specific consulting project agreed between myveltrio and a Client under a separate written agreement.
• "Website" — refers to the site accessible at myveltrio.online.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or engage our services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

3. Service Description

myveltrio provides applied AI consulting services to business organisations. Our current service offerings are:

• Supply Chain Intelligence — 10-week engagement at RM 3,700
• AI-Assisted Content Creation — 6-week engagement at RM 2,400
• Bias Audit for AI Systems — 4-week engagement at RM 1,200

Services are available to organisations based in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region. Specific service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual engagement agreements. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.

4. Engagement Terms

Each consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement sets out the scope, timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, and any special conditions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific engagement agreement, the engagement agreement takes precedence.

Changes to the scope of an engagement must be agreed in writing before additional work is undertaken. myveltrio does not commence work outside the agreed scope without explicit written agreement and, where applicable, revised pricing.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all communications with myveltrio
• Not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Ensure that any data shared with myveltrio during an engagement is shared lawfully and with appropriate authority
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise use myveltrio's deliverables in ways not permitted under the relevant engagement agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the myveltrio website — including text, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to myveltrio and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law.

Deliverables produced during a consulting engagement are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their own internal business purposes. myveltrio retains ownership of any general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed in the course of engagements.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are fixed per engagement as described in the relevant engagement agreement. Payment schedules are set out in that agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• 50% of the engagement fee is payable upon signing of the engagement agreement
• The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of the final agreed deliverables
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue

Refund terms are set out in individual engagement agreements. We do not offer refunds for work already completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

8. Disclaimers

myveltrio's services are provided on a professional consulting basis. We do not warrant that:

• AI models or systems developed during an engagement will perform without error in all circumstances
• Predictive outputs will be accurate in all cases
• Recommendations will achieve specific commercial outcomes

Our website content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice in any specific domain. myveltrio is not liable for decisions made based on website content without a formal engagement agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, myveltrio's total liability to a client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. myveltrio shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the relevant engagement agreement. myveltrio reserves the right to terminate website access or refuse service to any party acting in breach of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution shall continue to apply.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or an engagement shall first be subject to good-faith informal resolution between the parties. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for this purpose.

12. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without myveltrio's prior written consent.
• Changes: myveltrio may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
