AI Consulting
Grounded in Practice
We exist to help Malaysian organisations use AI in ways that are considered, proportionate, and genuinely useful — not as a trend to follow, but as a capability worth building carefully.
Back to HomepageHow myveltrio Came to Be
myveltrio was founded in Kuala Lumpur by practitioners who had spent years inside organisations navigating AI projects — some that delivered real value, and many that stalled before reaching production. The pattern they kept seeing was the same: projects that moved too fast, promised too much, and left teams without the knowledge or documentation to continue independently.
The firm was built around a different kind of engagement model. Narrow scope. Defined timelines. A focus on transferring knowledge, not just delivering outputs. myveltrio works in three areas where the case for applied AI is clear and the risks are manageable with care: supply chain intelligence, content workflow automation, and fairness auditing for existing models.
Based in Bukit Damansara, the team works primarily with organisations across the Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia, though the nature of this work means we also engage with teams distributed across the region.
Our Mission
To make applied AI accessible to Malaysian organisations that want to use it thoughtfully — without the noise, the inflated timelines, or the vendor lock-in.
Our Values
Honesty in what AI can and cannot do. Respect for the people whose work we touch. Responsibility in how we handle data and the systems we help deploy.
Our Approach
Fixed-scope engagements. Time-bound projects. Thorough documentation. We work alongside your team so the knowledge stays with you after we're done.

Quality Standards & Operating Principles
The way we conduct engagements reflects our belief that responsible AI consulting requires both technical discipline and professional care.
Data Handling Agreement
Every engagement begins with a formal data handling agreement. We access only the data necessary for the scope, and we do not retain client data after project completion.
Defined Engagement Contracts
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. We do not allow scope to grow without explicit agreement and re-costing.
Documentation Standards
All models, pipelines, and audit reports are documented to a standard that allows your internal team or a third party to review, maintain, or extend the work independently.
Bias & Fairness Awareness
For any work that touches people — whether in hiring, finance, or content targeting — we apply fairness evaluation as a standard step, not an optional add-on.
Privacy by Design
We design with Malaysia's PDPA requirements in mind and, where relevant, international frameworks such as GDPR. Data minimisation is a default, not an afterthought.
Regular Progress Check-ins
Every engagement includes scheduled check-ins so that you're never in the dark about progress, blockers, or changes to the plan. Communication is part of the service.
Applied AI Expertise in Kuala Lumpur
myveltrio operates at the intersection of data science, operational process design, and AI ethics — areas that rarely receive equal attention in a single consultancy. The firm's focus on Malaysian organisations reflects a recognition that the business context, data landscape, and regulatory environment here differ meaningfully from those in North America or Europe, and that AI consulting should account for that.
Supply chain work in this context involves navigating the particular pressures faced by procurement teams managing cross-border logistics across ASEAN — where supplier networks are complex, data quality is variable, and the cost of disruption is high. Content production work recognises the multilingual nature of Malaysian communication and the specific editorial norms that apply. Bias auditing draws on an understanding of local demographic categories and the domains — hiring, lending, platform ranking — where unfair model behaviour carries real consequences.
The team's experience spans manufacturing, financial services, media, and public-sector adjacent organisations. myveltrio does not position itself as a platform or product company; the value delivered is in consulting expertise, structured methodology, and genuine knowledge transfer.
